Shipping Availability

  • We ship within Canada only.

  • International orders are not available on shopdame.ca.
    For international shipping, please visit www.dame.com

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our own warehouse, operated by Timebomb Trading Inc.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Method

We ship using Canada Post to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

  • Most orders are delivered using Canada Post Do not Safe Drop, meaning packages may be securely placed inside your mailbox or at a safe location when available.

  • PO Box addresses are accepted, and we are able to ship to PO Boxes across Canada.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

  • Orders under $150 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

  • We ship to district and remote areas within Canada. Delivery times for these regions may vary.

Carbon-Offset Shipping

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact.

  • All eligible shipments are carbon-offset through Canada Post.

  • Carbon offset does not apply to expedited services, including but not limited to:

    • Priority Shipping

    • Xpresspost / Next-Day or Expedited Shipping

Expedited & Priority Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note:

  • Expedited and priority shipments are not carbon-offset

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or location

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by Canada Post, shopdame.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
